We offer a tasting menu only
We offer both 7- and 12-course tasting menus. We do not publish our menu in advance, enabling us to source ingredients locally and serve them at the height of their expression. Our food is best suited to adventuresome diners.
we offer an Award winning wine list
We curate wines worldwide and have been awarded a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence 2020. We also have a wine club you can join.
substitutions ARE POLITELY DECLINED
If you have a food allergy, we will omit the ingredient if possible. If it is not possible to omit the ingredient without substantially altering the dish, we will omit the course at our discretion.
Seating DATES & Times
Chef’s Counter: Wednesday - Sunday, 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM
Dining Room: Thursday - Sunday, staggered seatings beginning at 6:30 PM, ending at 8:30 PM
Where We source OUR INGREDIENTS
We source our ingredients from trusted local purveyors. We focus on what’s in season and at its peak. This does not mean every ingredient we include in our dishes is local. For example, no one nearby us grows coffee or cacao beans.
Reservations
We take reservations online only, on Tock. We do not accept phone or email requests for reservations. This ensures everyone has an equal opportunity to dine with us and can be waitlisted if desired.
