Today, we had an "ah-ha" moment, and not in a good way.
We discovered that, after changing our phone service provider some time ago, our voice mails have been going to the provider’s service instead of to our in-house answering system. We have not been receiving any of our messages from you.
So, we’re serving ourselves humble pie and doing everything we can to correct the situation.
- If you are one of the hundreds of people who have called and left a message, we humbly apologize for not getting back to you.
- If you requested a reservation or a private event, or made a special request that wasn’t honored during your visit, we humbly apologize.
- If you are someone who may have decided never to visit us because you didn’t get a call back, we humbly apologize.
We are in the process of reviewing each message and taking action to restore your faith in us.
In the meantime, we are right here. And so is our answering system, which is now working!
