Delta Farm, LLC provides us with sustainably-raised, pastured meat. Stewards of the land, the farm strives to limits its impact on the farm’s landscape. Nesting boxes encourage the local population of bats, owls and hawks to control pests naturally. Composting recycles waste back out into the pastures, enriching the land naturally.
Llano Seco is a 150-year-old, 6th-generation family farm on the edge of the Sacramento River. They are known for responsibly raising livestock, growing heirloom crops, and environmental stewarding of over 17,000 acres in conservation and agriculture easements. We think they produce the finest pork available locally.
